The KYN61-40.5 high-voltage armored AC metal-enclosed switchgear is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz/40.5kV single-busbar segmented power systems. It is used for receiving and distributing electrical energy, as well as for control, protection, and monitoring circuits. It can be used in power plants, substations, chemical plants, and industrial and mining enterprises’ power distribution rooms as a control and protection device for electrical equipment, especially suitable for locations with frequent operation.
The KYN61-40.5 armored metal-enclosed switchgear features an assembled cabinet structure and a floor-mounted trolley-type circuit breaker. It is equipped with a new type of fully insulated vacuum circuit breaker inside the cabinet, and an assembled cabinet structure that enhances the product’s aesthetic quality and improves the precision of fit between the handcart and the cabinet body. The handcart can be pushed in and pulled out with remarkable ease, ensuring interchangeability. Moreover, this design facilitates rapid production and assembly, enables timely delivery, maximizes the utilization of space required for assembly, and makes it easy to scale up for mass production.
IEC 62271-200:2021 High-voltage switchgear and controlgear - AC metal-enclosed switchgear and controlgear with rated voltage of 1kV to 52kV
GB 3906-2020 3.6kV~40.5kV AC metal-enclosed switchgear and controlgear
1.Ambient temperature: Upper limit +40℃ (+50℃), lower limit -15℃.
2.Relative humidity: Daily average not exceeding 95%, monthly average not exceeding 90%.
3.Altitude not exceeding 1000m. For locations exceeding 1000m altitude, follow the requirements of JB/Z102-72 "Technical Requirements for High-Voltage Electrical Appliances Used in High-Altitude Areas".
4.Seismic intensity not exceeding 8 degrees.
5.Location free from fire, explosion hazards, chemical corrosion, and severe vibration.
Special precautions:
※ In many regions, humidity levels are relatively high, and temperature fluctuations are rapid and significant. When switchgear operates in such a climatic environment, there is a risk of condensation. Therefore, after installation is complete, the heater should be activated as soon as possible. During both standby and operational states, the heater should be kept running around the clock. If condensation is severe, consider installing a large-scale dehumidification system in the switchgear room to improve the situation.
※ If the product is used beyond the above-mentioned normal operating conditions, the user may consult with the manufacturer.
