    Low voltage aerial bundled cable, designed for overhead power lines and room entrance wires with a rated AC pressure of 1kv and below. The cable as a new-type aerial cable is used for transmitting electric power overhead, extensively used in rebuilding of urban and forest region electrified wire netting.It has less installation, maintenance, and operating costs, which can achieve greater economic loss and provide higher security and reliability.To supply 120 volt aerial service for temporary service at construction sites, outdoor or street lighting.     Transmission lines for construction sites:

    Due to the complexity, confusion and variability of the construction site, the power distribution work is difficult, and the potential safety hazards of power consumption also exist at any time. Moreover, the power consumption on the construction site is temporary power consumption, and the 0.6~1kV low voltage aerial bundled cable has become the best choice for construction power consumption.

    Outdoor or street lighting:

    Covered line wire aluminum conductor is often used for street lighting applications where it is hung on utility poles and connected to a lighting fixture. It is ideal for this application because it is lightweight and can be easily strung across long distances.

    Construction

    Conductor:

    Concentric strand aluminum wires as phase conductor; AAAC(all aluminum alloy conductors) or ACSR(aluminum conductor steel reinforced) as messenger (Neutral) core; Phase conductor is insulated by XLPE or HDPE or PVC.

    Insulation:

    The main function of the cable insulation layer is to insulate the conductors in the cable from the surrounding environment or from adjacent conductors. Insulation is usually made of materials such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene (PE) or cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE). And the conductor temperature of PVC insulated conductors does not exceed 75 °C, and the conductor temperature of XLPE insulated conductors does not exceed 90 °C.
